Welcome to MW Plastering Schools Intensive 2 day Plastering Course.

Are you a keen DIYer? would you like to know how to plaster? Do you have a lot of plastering work that needs doing in your home and would like to save some costs?

The plastering course incorporates repairing and patching damaged walls, Plastering over plasterboard ceilings, walls and re-skimming over previous work. The skimming course is ideal for tradesmen and DIY enthusiasts.

The plastering course is practical with no classroom work, lots of space and time to practice with unlimited use of materials.

You will learn how to:

• Repair damaged walls and patch areas in preperation for decoration.
  
  
• Apply 2 coats of finish plaster to ceilings, walls and window reveals.
  
  
• Setting skim (angle) beads over windows and corners.
  
  
• Understand and use the skimming process formula to ensure consistent results, which tools to use, why and when.
  
  
• Learn how to overcome the difficulties of skimming over different or difficult types of surface e.g. artex and painted surfaces.

There will be 2 experienced Plastering instructors with a maximum class size of five people so you will have lots of one to one teaching which a lot of courses do not offer.

The plastering course costs £195, this includes lunch on both days and a £50 deposit secures your place on the course, after the two days if you feel you would like more tuition you can come back for another two days for just £95! we are based 2 minutes from junction 29 of the M1

Just make sure you wear clothes that you don't mind getting a little dirty!
